Is it me, or does it seem like every time you’re sick or have to be absent, your teacher introduces a new assignment due the next week, goes over something important in class, you just miss out on a hilarious lecture, or just miss something in general? Well, that’s how I felt last week. While lying in bed, sick to my stomach, I receive a text from my friend telling me something funny that happened during third period. Not only that, but when I get to class on Monday, my teacher starts to go over something that I’ve never seen. It took me the whole period to understand what my teacher was teaching, and even now I’m still unsure about what I just learned. I can assure you, Physics and Chemistry are two classes that you do not want to miss out on.

I exactly what you mean! I was absent one friday and in my Chem class we had a test and we had a packet due. Just because I missed that day my grade went from an “A” to a “D”. I was highly pissed…until I was able to retake the test.
But the point is, Gahr’s whole grading system is totally out of wack. Which is why Gahr is wack; but that’s a whole ‘nother comment for a whole ‘nother wack — i mean talented *cough cough* journalist.
